Lieutenants

Each one guards a home area and may drop the key to their own loot room. Key drops are random loot, so you won't get one every kill.

Lieutenant 01

Bale

Where: Re-Education Center, Deadtown (B7)
Key drop: May drop the Supreme Leader's Bunker Access Card for the Chang-san bunker (random loot).

Disputed: ConquestCapped (Oct 28) says Bale's loot room hasn't been found yet.

Note: ConquestCapped also lists a second, rarer spawn in the underground bunker at Chang-san Air Base.

Lieutenant 02

Iskra

Where: Cheonwang Peak Array (F6)
Key drop: May drop Iskra's Control Room Key for the transmitter top floor (random loot).

Lieutenant 03

Scavenger

Where: Roams Hajin (River Heights G8 and more)
Key drop: No key room. A unique Revenant weapon comes from his kill loot.

Disputed: ConquestCapped (Oct 28) says he drives an LTV around the map and drops the Oris 8.6 marksman rifle, not a Revenant.

Lieutenant 04

Gorani

Where: Mujin Pass woodland, south of Cheonwang
Key drop: May drop Gorani's Scout Overlook Key for the Rice Mill overlook (random loot).

Note: Sources describe the spot differently: ConquestCapped says a forest house between Cheonwang Peak Array and Mirae General Hospital; the official guide's story says the high woodland above Hanrim Village.

The Chemist

Where: Haneul Nuclear Reactor warehouse (H4)
Key drop: May drop The Chemist's Secure Armory Key, for the armory north of the reactor (random loot).
Tip: Hazmat guards hold the warehouse door. Bring a Gas Mask and Rad Blockers.

Lieutenant 10

The Warden

Where: 14th Political Prison mess hall (B3)
Key drop: May drop Kang's Arms Incinerator key for the prison incinerator (random loot).
Tip: Pushes with a riot shield in the prison mess.

Disputed: ConquestCapped (Oct 28) says his loot room hasn't been found yet. The official guide's story has a Lieutenant's key, apparently the Warden's, opening a sealed door beneath NuriGO Mall.

Commanders

Roaming heavies. No key: extract the 3D Printer ingredient they drop. Plain gunfire barely touches them.

Commander 01

Colossus

Where: Roams Hajin (often Chang-san and the Citadel)
Drops: No key. Extract Military Composites after the kill (3D Printer ingredient).
Takedown: Take high ground or hard cover. Shoot during the pauses in his minigun fire.

Note: ConquestCapped sees him most in The Grid, Wolves Stadium and near SAM sites.

Commander 02

Deathstalker

Where: Roams the east city (NuriGO, DBN HQ)
Drops: No key. Extract the Prototype RF Module after the kill (3D Printer ingredient).
Takedown: Find it on the Tac Map. Capture a nearby SAM site (about 30 seconds), then hold the site and keep the drone in range.

Commander 03

Tank

Where: Patrols the roads (often NuriGO streets)
Drops: No key. Extract Nano-Structured Alloy after the kill (3D Printer ingredient).
Takedown: Bullets do nothing. Use launchers, Thermite, C4 or Drill Charges from cover, and hit the sides and rear.

Note: The official guide calls it the Main NK Battle Tank. ConquestCapped sees it most in The Grid.
